Customer provides invoice number for original purchase (if available) and Wesco account number for sales history verification. General Lock customer service email: info@generallock.com
General Lock customer service verifies that the product is under warranty.
A warranty replacement is sent out at no charge.
Defective product returns are not required in most cases.

All General Lock Surface and Concealed Door Closers

Customer provides invoice number for original purchase (if available) and Wesco account number for sales history verification. General Lock customer service email: info@generallock.com
Customer emails a picture of the defective closer showing the manufacture date on the closer body.
General Lock Customer Service verifies that the product is under warranty.
A warranty replacement is sent out at no charge.

Certifications
